Oh I hope you're right, especially about number 3!

1. Music nerd dudes of a certain age vastly overrate the creativity of 60's/70's rock music as compared to a lot of more modern music. Basically, I think most old rock music is pretty predictable and tedious. Roxy Music and Queen get a high five, though. (Bowie too, but he's not really my bag).
2. Guns'N'Roses were pretty lame. Axl sounded like a strangled cat and Slash only knew how to wank. They only ever seemed good because so little mainstream rock had any balls at the time.
3. Trying to argue for objectivity when it comes to any artform is something only people with tiny brains and huge egos would ever attempt.
4. The Beach Boys were unforgiveably corny, easy listening elevator muzak.
5. USA is currently - considering it's size - a relatively dull country in terms of bands worth listening to.

If any of this makes you angry, go back and read point number 3 again and remember that I only believe in subjective opinions about music
Considering 1 and 4, aren't you arguing those points from your own subjective perspective? So if you apply 3 wouldn't that make you a tiny brain with a huge ego?

But they are me arguing from a subjective perspective. If some one tells me "I don't agree and I like all of those!", then I'll consider that as valid as my version. I've given up making it very, very clear that I'm being subjective, since I don't believe it's possible to be anything else.

So if I say "Band X sucks!", someone else might take issue and say "oh yeah? then why do people like them, huh?". The answer is, that those people don't think band X sucks. Now, I could be all apologetic and diplomatic when I made the original statement and instead say "To me, subjectively, band is not enjoyable X" - but "Band X sucks" means the same thing to me.

You're objectively wrong. I like the band, so you liked it too. Stop being a hipster.

Yeah, they rereleased their EP "album title" and it's god awful. Worst genre album I've ever heard.

I'm not sure if that's unpopular.
