Blur is so much better, I agree. Song 2 is a classic.

Having grown up listening to Oasis and being from Manchester, they will always be one of my favourite bands but I'll admit there's a lot more talented bands out there, past and present. Oasis were pretty much there in the right place at the right time, Manchester's music scene was still buzzing from Stone Roses, Happy Mondays etc and Oasis added to that.

If you weren't impressed with Definitely Maybe then there's probably no point going any further. The gigs were always well worth going to, even in the 2000's with Liam's voice fading a little, a brilliant atmosphere.

They have some decent songs but they were overrated at the time. Blur were always better and more diverse musically. I could never see Liam or Noel branching off like Damon Albarn has with Gorillas and some of his other projects. I prefer Beady Eye myself

YESS. pure balls those gallaghers. Just put on Morning Glory or definitely maybe on and by the end of it you'll probably be in love and automatically become cooler
