Hey iam having trouble downloading avatar!! (title, Hang)

hey um i can't download a pic as my avatar!! everytime i go into the avatar edit thingy it's saying no avatar!! and i have no idea!!!...... can someone plz help i just wanna download a pic!!!!!

you need to get at least 50 posts before you can have an avatar. after that you can also change your status/description thingy under your name (really not sure what the actual term for that is). which reminds me, i should change mine, because I chose that months ago when I had to load myself up on dayquil to work for the entire weekend with the flu, not a fun week.
