Pink Floyd is view by most music journalist as the flagship band of Progressive Rock, mainly for the album "Dark Side of the Moon." And because of that it is almost by consensus Pink Floyd is considered Prog. So you can't fault him if he says they are. I think it was kinda unnecessary that you said "You can't fix stupid."
