I have ultra amounts of lifting memes that help give a small short simple workout routines and advice but havent really created anything. I could do some push ups one day and then triceps and biceps the next. i stopped using my push up things but could throw it in to give the other muscles i mainly work out.
thank you for the help, i appreciate the concern, and no my workout now isnt a full around body workout, its just been back/triceps/biceps..
Ill add in push ups and because im not doing pull ups now because my elbow was ****ing up bad and had to stop... wow im weak.. back messed up, elbow messed up...
