Thats not an option, dont like what that stuff does to the mind and body.

Protein is a great supplement for pre and post workouts.

No just saw documentaries about it and choose not to ever do that.

If a documentary told you to jump off a bridge would you do it?

Took 5 days off from lifting anything, my back was hurting and had in my mind a short 2 day resting time but turned into 5 days. I filled in the excel sheet and will just chart what days I work out compared to how many I dont. plus how much protein im drinking..

Im not going to rest a lot of time before each set like before, Im going to try and rip the muscles up "bigly" today and be somewhat in that sore, still able to workout range tomorrow

If you're throwing out your back, you're overdoing it/using bad form and are better off not working out at all.

Iirc it's ideal to take about a 60 second breaks in between sets because it recharges you for the next set without losing out on the momentum of getting your blood running.

I wait about 15 mins, i was goin to cut it down to like 5 mins though. Im doing correct form too, ya gotta do max sets to get gains though, its like a great balance of being sore and not being sore. if i wasnt sore than i didnt do enough really, i could have done more sets

The way you describe your back as hurting as opposed to being sore for five days (long time even for soreness) tells me that you threw out your back, which ain't great for gains at all, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.

Have you ever considered working with a personal trainer who can create a better workout regimen than the schlubs of MB?
