Default Apology

I had paid advertisers on forums.digitalpoint.com to add links to directories, blogs etc. I didn't mean for spam to happen, I would never intetionally do this since spam is ignored and causes trouble, the advertisers will be notified. Sorry for the inconvenience
--
I also have received many threats through contact us email, if any of those do take into place I will use the appropriate actions.

If you have any addtional comments/concerns/problems use the email through music banter to send it. Sorry for the troubles this has caused

Also the attackers that are banned from sound district, you are banned for 7 days since we do not ban a lifetime. Please do not come back on and post trouble. If there is anything else that needs to be taken care of use the contact us email or email me through music banter.

Regards,

Whether or not the paid advertisers acted inappropriately, the sabotaging of a newly formed Mediafire account was sabotaged by a member of sound district and this has been traced back to its source. A great deal of time and effort by our members was put into this endeavour and this act has enraged many members of Musicbanter.

Once again we cannot be held responsible for what our members do outside of the forums but this act pissed a lot of people off. We have made a plea (internally) for any members (if indeed it was them spamming your site) to not spam a lesser known and smaller music based web site.

The amount of PM's that the mods recieved following the mass spamming from sound district ran into triple figures and I (like ALL mods) do not recieve a penny from musicbanter, so as you can imagine, a considerable amount of wasted time was incurred on our part. For this alone I am tempted to utter expletives and desist from keeping a civil tongue. However against my better judgement, I am willing to let the matter pass.

Glad to hear it and thanks for the apology.

Can you shed any light onto the hacking of the Mediafire account?

Did the MediaFire thread get deleted? Or am I just a terrible Thread-finder?
