How satisfied are you with the way members are moderated?

hi everyone i am new here ... all i wanted is that somebody help me for a song but i cannot make a new topic because i haven't 15 posts i hate that and i don't want to full this forum with some 15 wired posts just to make a topic and i cannot wait any longer for the title of the song

You can always give a good description of the song in the Name That Tune thread.

Failing that you can always become an active and contributing member of these boards and do a little giving instead of taking...or is that too much to ask?
