This is the first time in years I've seen the real Urban come out. Long overdue. I wish you well in your endeavors mate, you were the last of the truly great mods.

As with Salami, I haven't been here long.
But, in that time I have, it's abundantly clear to me that without the hours of voluntary work and the great efforts put in by the moderation team including Urban, Music Banter would not be operating AT ALL.

They spend their own personal time to provide a service for us users and make this place an efficiently run forum off the back of their hard work, creativity, enthusiasm and above all else dedication.

I don't know the whole story either, so it would not be fair to throw accusations around, however I would like to add that the placement of JayShreddz as Super Moderator is a mockery of all the time that the moderators have dedicated to this site to make sure it continues to exist.
Without them there would be no music banter.

I know this won't mean much, but I'm sure I speak for a lot of my fellow posters when I say Urban, you have our full support and backing and I wish you all the best with what you decide to do now.

Yac I appreciate the response I was in a bad place at the time and your words in the mod forum hit a raw nerve

I apologize for making this personal, I know you're taking a lot of unfair flack over this and it was wrong of me to lash out at you. I know you're only doing your job and that you wouldn't have wanted all this upheaval on the forum.

That being said I'm going to swallow my pride and do my best to help Jayshreddz become a valued member of the forum.

In fact maybe I should change my name also I think the Hatemonger part brings out the wrong type of image that a mod should reflect.
