Is it mod policy to delete posts of this nature? You always get asked the same questions when someone is banned, surely it's better to leave the posts and if anyone is interested they can simply go through the post history. Once the 'victim' has read it deleting it doesn't really do anything imo.

Plus I am nosy and want to see the posts.
