I didn't know her but I think that's Sansa/Hermione/Paloma. If yes, then the answer is yes, sadly. :/

That's really sad to hear.

She didn't like me at all even though I tried to befriend her and considering this was during my "anti-SJW" edgelord phase I can now see that she had a good reason not to like me. She blocked me on Facebook a long time ago and that was the last time I've heard from her. I really wanted to patch things up with her, it's a shame.

I'll always be grateful to her for one reason, she had pretty cool taste in music and got me into some great post-punk, she even made me a compilation of punk/post-punk bands with female vocalists that I still have on my iTunes to this day, it's got stuff like The Slits, LiLiPUT, Delta 5, Ludus, Family Fodder and Essential Logic all of which I've delved deeper into since then. I still think of her when I listen to any of those bands.

Hermione legally changed her name before she died. Her legal name was "Hermione" and I believe "Dayna" was a real reminder of a life she was trying to get away from. I know this because I was young and didn't really understand gender Identity issues and refused to call her "Hermione". She stopped talking to me because of it.

I think the least I can do now that she's passed on is to remind people that she is to be remembered as "Hermione".

I don't understand, both Dayna and Hermione sound like female names, how does gender identity play into it?

That's terrible that Hermione has died. TBH, on MB we seemed to dislike each other on sight, but it's shocking that her life should have been so short.That is such a terrible waste for anyone. She used to be in touch with DJChameleon, and I think they met a couple of times irl, but of course DJ has become another Missing Poster. :(
