If I were to file a complaint to Yac, it wouldn't primarily be because I'd want Jwb's ban overturned.

I have yet to see any of you people come up with a reason it was wrong to ban him beyond gesturing at imaginary unfairness.

It is wrong for a moderator to escalate a conflict they should be working to de-escalate, all the while breaking the first rule that they themselves are supposed to uphold and enforce:

You might call it undermining the rules and moderators' integrity.

^Subjective take, as are my own ideas regarding how a mod should operate. Also like I said, jwb was banned for long term behaviour, not just for that specific event. I didn't initially clarify because yall can't be given any information without it turning into a stupid whinefest but apparently the trash analysis is inevitable here.

Ok next time I'll claim nobility immediately after doing something I don't consider noble instead of explaining myself when asked about something. Then when someone asks something, I'll not respond and let their speculation and mocking be the only discussion on the matter. If only I did that, I could be an honourable mod and Cool Guy. I'm just crushed that it didn't happen this go around.

Yeah I have no qualms in saying that this stupid **** is incredibly annoying. Whatever blase traits you picked up in this exchange were more me saying **** off than trying to maintain some personality type.

What did jwb say that got him banned? None of you can answer that because none of you were actually following the discussion. I know why he was banned because I saw his bad faith transphobic argumentation for what it was and what he'd been doing for a long time whenever he was "just asking questions" to undermine any political discussion he was in.
