Whether it's about music or MB policy, VEGANGELICA's posts are invariably polite, well thought-out and well researched and if that takes an extra line or two of prose, then so be it; like all of us, she's entitled to her say. Also, with regard to the present long-running topic, I suspect that her total word-count is way below that of some members, so it seems unfair to pick on her for adding her (on-topic) opinion here.

Yes, a lot of people are tired of this debate. My reckoning to date is that there have been about about 4 or 5 seriously-intended threads and polls, but an almost equal number of spoofs, etc. that provided some light relief at the time, but that have probably contributed, long-term, to the topic burn out that most of us are feeling.

In short, my suggestions are:-
> stay polite, as we generally have been so far
> leave this poll to reach it's closure date
> don't post in this (or other) threads to say that you're tired of posting in this (or other) threads
> try visiting a different section of MB; for example by commenting on the latest red-hot music recommendation here: http://www.musicbanter.com/country-f...thread-37.html or voting on the contentious battle being waged here: http://www.musicbanter.com/lounge/82...k-wars-10.html
