dankrsta if you haven't heard this befor you have to, this is klaus schulze cyborg an absolut must in anyones collection

cheers for advice dankrsta i was unawere of that and that i could edit my posts so thats good to know, i have one Experimental Audio Research album it's pretty damn good aswell, i have heaerd spaceman 3 but do not own any so i will have to look into that, klaus schulze i a true pioner in the electronc music scene i reckon, i've got about thirty of his albums and believe it or not i don't have anywhere near his ful discrofy, when i here people say that electronic music has no soul or feeling to it i tell them to listin to klaus, he is a true geniuos in my opinion, i have a signed and numbered twenty five cd jubilee box set and i love the lot, some of his work you should look out for especialy is of course cyborg, X, moondawn, timewind, picture music, in blue,

Oh yeah, Sonic Boom aka Peter Kember, formerly of Spacemen 3 is awesome. He has another project, besides Spectrum, Experimental Audio Research, but I haven't listened to it yet.

As for Klaus Schulze, I've only listened to Tangerine Dream and Ash Ra Tempel, but never his solo work. Will have to look into that.

A quick tip: Try not to double post too much, meaning, try avoiding the sequence of your own posts, it may be considered as spam (I know that you're not doing that, it's just forum etiquette) Instead, for anything you want to add, if nobody has replied yet, you can edit your previous post and add it there.

another goodin is conrad schnitler, this is off Ballet Statique but other good albums are electronegativity, charged machinery, Con Repetizione, and con brio, the last to might not be for everyone as they are repeditive track but i like that sort of thing

Aphrodite´s child an clasic not really strange but it deserves to be heard especialy if you havent heard this album before

Good stuff tone float. I never listened to Conrad Schnitzler's solo work, but those two tracks are very different from one another. The first one sounds like a soundtrack to some very old sci-fi movie.

Since you like a lot of that experimental, ambient electronica, I have something, if you haven't heard it before - Zoviet France. I found out about this early Industrial act only yesterday. I really have no idea how I managed not to know about them, since I really like that early Industrial. Anyway I got this album Mohnomishe from 1983. This could be called Dark Ambient as well, I suppose.

Here's another interesting experimental, or how they like to be called, sound art project from the early 80s, Nocturnal Emissions.

I really like Cluster and Psychic TV, but never heard the other stuff you posted. Devil Doll is especially interesting. As for White Rabbit Cult, that's the guy from Igra Staklenih Perli, right, that's his band. I've heard of it, but this is the first time I actually heard the music. I am amazed that you know about them.

tone float 08-30-2010 04:37 AM

i didn't no it was the guy from igra, he's even more talented than i thought, thats one of my angry mood music along with S.T. THE DIFFICULT SECOND ALBUM but i couldn't find that on you tube, if i new how to post up my own music i could put it up, im surprised you didnt no about devil doll they have a large underground folowing, i think you might like the future sound of london they have put out qiute a few albums now.

dankrsta 08-30-2010 04:46 AM

Yeah, the guy from Igra, Drakula Nikodijevic, formed it somewhere in the mid 80s and it was apparently a post-punk band at first. Anyway, I might look for it. And no, never heard of Devil Doll, but it sounds really good, so thanks for bringing them up. As for Future Sound of London, I've heard bits and pieces, but didn't go into it more deeply.

tone float 08-30-2010 04:58 AM

i didnt realise white rabbit cult had been around that long, youv'e got a lot of knowledge danks, your introducing me to a lot of good music, im gonna go hunting for Zoviet France and Nocturnal Emissions along with a lot more you guys have introduced me to.

dankrsta 08-30-2010 05:02 AM

Well, I'm from Serbia, that's how I know about Igra and White Rabbit and there are many forgotten, interesting bands from my country that I still haven't heard. That's why I was so amazed that you knew about these two bands. They are pretty obscure even here.
