They were great, brilliant vocal harmonies.

Though to be honest, I like Simon's Graceland more than any of his stuff with Garfunkel.

Eh, I feeel you, but I just love Garfunkel's voice. On his own I dislike Simon's. The songwriting is still brilliant of course, especially Graceland>Bridge Over Troubled Waters.

And America is an awesome song. Though I prefer the Yes cover version.

I wouldn't consider that a suprise coming from you boo boo . Simon was the driving force behind the band, supplying the main instrumentals and songwriting, along with backup vocals and vocal harmonies. So obviously Garfunkel coudn't really have a solo career.

I rate Paul Simon in my personal top 10 songwriters of all time.

Love, 'The Boxer'.

One of my favorites, second only to Sound of Silence, Song for the Asking, and the Dangling Conversation.
