Agreed 'Hydrogen' on the Jayhawks! Arguably the greatest American rock and roll/alt-country band of the 90's that seemingly nobody has ever heard of! CRIMINALLY OVERLOOKED! A grittier hybrid of Graham Parsons, Buddy Holly, and the Everly Brothers with a more contemporary edge. I recommend 1995's 'Tomorrow The Green Grass' for starters. Good stuff! I wish they would tour more often!
