Just saw Trump's #1 attack dog on the hill looking pretty damn deflated trying to push the latest defense.
It's blowing up with each day of transcripts being released. The two today were really, really bad.

Some people are looking for this to be the Watergate of our lifetime but Watergate happened when people still really had faith in government and were actually watching "the news". Most people are used to government being trash at this point and don't really know how to make sense of modern news and all its viewpoints so public opinion is more wait and see at this point. It has the effect of allowing partisan wrestling to really wag the dog even more than it ever did so the people are really just waiting to see if Trump gets impeached before deciding how they feel about Trump getting impeached.
