That's fecking awful. It's like leave them a bit of dignity, a lot of them can't help being homeless for whatever reason. Instead of being ass holes how and taking the only possessions they could get hold of, how about working on getting them places to sleep which might reduce the amount of rough sleepers that way. I don't really know much about the amount of beds available in homeless shelters in the UK but I've read before that often they are over crowded.

I'd love to know what they consider the "negative effect of rough sleepers" to be as well. I'm assuming it's all down to trying to remove them from public areas (which is a little tricky when you, you know, don't have a home) and maybe into shelters. Is the way to do this really taking their food and bed? Is this even legal to do this? It's ****ing disgusting, whatever it is.
