Canada, China and the European Union have already said they would respond with tariffs of their own that could lead to billions of dollars in American export losses. Those levies would harm the farmers and business interests that the Trump administration has promised to protect and would fuel a trade fight that could undermine the president’s goal of strengthening American industry.

this **** is interesting yo

I went back and read your first post on it

Quote:

it's primarily the capitalists that benefit from globalism from a trade perspective
You’ve given us very little to respond to. Is isolationism the opposite of globalism?

Others may be more prepared to jump right in but I need some terms defined, a more specific case (steel tariffs?), who the trading partners are, who the manufactures are, who might be hurt and who might benefit and why, are you concerned about all laborers world wide, is your goal to decrease the amount of productivity, are environmental issues at play-

Give me a little more to go on about what might be good about it with some examples.

I worked for a freight company for nearly thirty years, dealing with Customs every day and reading that ****ing bible they use. Tariffs can suck my dick.

Hint, if you copy and paste fancy words leave out the dictionary syllable markers.

He's referring to the quote below. Notice the bullet point in the middle of contraire? That shows that you copied and pasted the word and OH is just tryin to help you be sly.

while I don't agree with the trade war rhetoric blah blah America first, something should be done to prevent the selling out of the hard fought for American jobs

Shouldn’t our top priorities be the welfare of the most exploited laborers no matter the country and environmental hazards?
