DWV, the older you get the more closed the window into your ideology becomes. The concrete hardens more and more with each passing year. At this point (turned 58 today - YAY!!!) there's a number of fundamental things, subjects, positions, etc. that I'm steadfast in, i.e., not open anymore for debate.

I've said this a number of times, I didn't sign up for a debate club. If you disagree with one of my positions, fine. Just stop trying to subtlety make me out as a dullard for holding them.
