The cake situation and this one are completely different. We had a thread on this if I recall: they weren't refused service for being gay.

Sanders is being refused service because she has a particular job position, and was then harassed by the owner after leaving said premises. Have any of you ever been refused service somewhere for a reason like that?

Correct. So let's not compare the two anymore. I only did so because it's the same concept of being within their rights. Otherwise I agree. They are not comparable.
