Sometimes you have to walk before you can run. If the policy worked at any level even at something like 1K a month, it could be scaled up to whatever it needed to be based on whatever data comes back.

I saw that video elph. Looks like a pretty good candidate. Seeing as she is also a veteran with a purple heart. I'd be terrified for the person that chooses to talk **** about her behind her back.
