People say that "free" college for everyone in the U.S. isn't plausible [and I know that it doesn't actually mean "free," but funded by tax-payers], but when virtually ANYONE can get a student loan, and the debt can so easily be written off, or bought and paid for pennies on the dollar, the end result is nearly the same. Why not just cut out the middle man bullshit?

The Russian president has called on cultural leaders to devise a way of “directing” rap music, rather than banning it outright.
