He was pretty weak sauce after that. Especially on education. Charter schools are ****. Capitalism doesn’t produce results in education. Market incentive boils down to catering to parents whose only goal is to not be hassled. I taught in public and private schools in three different countries. That might be anecdotal but I’ve seen enough to make up my mind.

Plus, when he was talking about Houston in particular, the UBI solution is right but not if he’s denying it to the people who are currently disenfranchised. Sanders and Warren at least had real answers.
