I think that these fetishes can be amplified through porn, rather than porn being a strict representation of what human sexuality was without it.

10 years ago milf videos never seemed to involve incest. Now a good bulk of them do. Same with a number of other fetishes.

In a way, porn acts as a sorta virtual sex life and since it's internet based the algorithms are set to usually keep dialling things up a notch, without any feedback from another person who responds based in their own sexual needs.
