I'm not the first person to ask this but if America warned Russia of the air strike why didn't Russia warn Syria?

Except Russia did and that is why the base was operational the next day.

He was still being really nice to her and said tell me where you want to go and I will take you even with her going off at him. So he finally asked her to get out. He was much more polite than this other Uber driver that dragged a drunk girl out of his car.
