Bomb disposal gone in. Doesn't look or sound like a balloon tbh. Some actress from Emmerdale was on Sky and she said she could smell the burning.

NW counter terrorism guys saying they are treating it as a possible terrorist incident.

Sounds like an explosion in the foyer timed to hit people exiting the arena. Absolutely sickening if it's a deliberate act.
