San Diego county is damn expensive especially living in a townhouse community with a golf course view.

Ben Carson is not talking about me.

If you say so. You can act humble all you want, but there are plenty of equally privileged people that wouldn't know what to do with themselves and end up ****ed if they were in your position. It's partially a state of mind thing, deal with it.

Possibly, but I don't think I'm the reason she's that way. Maybe she's just a kinky freak.

Such is social class

I think you naively underestimate the perils of downward social mobility. Many a former rich kid has died in a gutter.

Bankruptcy doesn't pay off your mortgage. (I explored that option) And at 57 years old my experience doesn't amount to jack ****. People simply don'y hire people who are creeping up on retirement. Linda has decades of experience in worldwide logistics and was making about $60K and can't find anything but minimum wage working a ****ty retail job.

My mom was a psych nurse for 35 years, and since she moved she has not been able to find anything close because kids fresh out of college have degrees that weren't necessary when she started.. education > experience nowadays. Now she's a school aid assisting teachers with the disabled kids in their classes. She makes more then minimum wage but it was a huge step down.

Elph be droppin the biggest boogeymonster logic bombs.

Damn

35 years of experience

And nursing, too

You would expect that to be one of the most secure.

Without knowing all the details it feels like people worship youth.

That's a very depressing story but all those years in nursing should have some kind of decent retirement, I hope.

My aunt and uncle declared bankruptcy when they were barely in debt when they were in their early twentys. They said all it ended up doing for them is giving them ****ty credit for years. They are just getting out of the hole they dug themselves into back then.
