It might just be a random date that lots of people have decided will be the day they go out and attack innocent people/destroy buildings while cloaking themselves in a veil of righteousness and justice because they could never actually pick on anyone without a group of fellow bullies behind them (cos they weigh about 50kg and would get filled in).
