And there's a difference between just and unjust discrimination. Sexuality is not within someone's control, so discriminating against that is unjust given that the person is acting like a normal human being as those homosexuals have been found to do. Equal rights do not exist if you have the opportunity to become a second class citizen for something that's out of your control.
