It wasn't really a commune by the dictionary definition but I was apart of a homeschool "organization" that conglomerated a bunch of homeschooling families in the Rochester area. Families would partake in picnics, lawn parties, and sports mainly to keep the kids occupied. It was a really innocent affair overall I guess but there were some wack-ass individuals apart of it. Like I said before, I'd be surprised if some of the kids I knew could tie their shoelaces today with how much their parents sheltered them.
