Because it's interesting and YT went out of their way to censor it even though she explicitly says in the video she's not anti-vax.

There's conspiracy-laden junk all over YT that doesn't seem to get censored. It interests me when I see something gain traction like that and immediately get censored by the fascist powers that be.

I engaged in debate over it because I enjoy debating, regardless of whether I'm right or wrong about whatever it happens to be. It's kinda sad to be belittled for doing so, but that comes with the territory.

YouTube doesn't have moral scruples. They demonetize and wipe out whole channels and make all kinds of decisions for completely arbitrary reasons. The vast majority of the clips in that 20 minute segment of the documentary could be found elsewhere on YT without any censorship.
