If minorities are effectively forced out of society how can you change the cultural point of view? You'd just drive everyone further apart. Laissez faire economics might be able to work out social issues if the majority of people put their ethics over cheap goods or convenience and if monopolies didn't have the ability of cropping up.

Here's your post I referred to.
First of all minorities aren't being forced out of society, no need to change any cultural view. If anything we need to make it harder to get into this country.

Well, no minorities are being forced out of the work force either here.
As for the second part of you post . . . the simple answer is because it's overcrowded already. And this is way off topic.

Quite simply, I am stating that if you detriment your job position because you have a sex change, then consider that in your decision to do so. If your employer doesn't feel that this is something good for the business, that is their right to decide what is good and what is not.

Your choices are to deal with the outcome instead of complaining about it, sue your employer, find adequate employment, become self-employed, change legislation in your favor.

I'm not condoning this, and I personally could care less what people do to themself.

If you're refused work then you can't become part of the work force.

So you're saying employers should be allowed to discriminate but they are susceptible to being sued if they do so? I somewhat agree but I think you've taken an odd route here.

We are doing something about it, we're discussing it.

Well, we're really not doing anything about it per se. But anyway, who's being refused work?

Employer discrimination is a touchy subject and there are laws in place, if you feel you have been discriminated against you have the right to take them to court and prove your case.

You can move to California where there is less of a problem of discrimination:
