Definitions change, language is constantly evolving. Denying someone the right to marry over semantics is the dumbest reason I've ever heard.

This screams contradiction, yet doesn't give a valid excuse for not wanting same sex union to be allowed the title of "married" and to enter the vow of "marriage".

What you basically keep doing is saying that it should be called someone else. Create a new word for it. When essentially that isn't necessary. The word marriage describes the way the union between same sexes and opposite sexes should be.

To request an entirely new word for something so characteristically similar presents forth your bias for your homosexuality. Whether or not you'd like to admit it.

No, it's quite relevant. I'm trying to understand how it's not "factual", where in the Bible does God say that homosexual marriage is a sin? Because I know of the verse in Leviticus that states "man shall not lie with another man, it is an abomination" but what about womenkind? So God's totally cool with lesbian marriage I'd say. So how do you know God says that? Do you have him on your speed dial? Tell him to call me
