Are you referring to Icelandic Commonwealth? They had a parliament of sorts, Alþingi, which was started in 930 and lasted until 1262 where (afaik) disputes could be settled and agreements reached between different chieftains and so on.

I just visited Þingvellir myself (the place the parliament was founded) on vacation

I'm not too well-read about the Icelandic system, although the main point is that they didn't have a governmental monopoly of order, which is to say that it was an anarchic system.

People shouldn't forget about Spain prior to Franco either. Left-Wing Anarchists like to bring up that one.

Many Anarchists believe in Left Anarchism which is basically small communes sharing a pieces of land among themselves and controlling the resources for their commune. Theoretically the commune would decide what each person got.

I'm not a big fan of Anarchist Socialists but they do exist.

Many dogs believe in feline caninism which is basically small dogs eating catfood and pretending to be cats.

The oldest dog in the world ever was a vegetarian.
I'm not sure if this is a coincidence

How do you know that? Which dog is/was the oldest dog in the world?

Google'd it a while back because I was curious how old dogs would get.
There was a 27 year old dog who was a vegetarian

I can't take Anarchy seriously. Every time I think of it, I think of its symbol written all over the desks in my middle school. Oh, and also the tables in the cafeteria.
