The murderer actually wants Norway to adopt harsher punishment as a result for his actions. It's not something I want personally, the system we have has suited us well. Needless to say, the murderer Anders Behring Breivik was prepared and expected to die when he did what he did, either from getting shot by the cops or from getting murdered by someone else as revenge. Harsher punishment would not have prevented what happened.

Neither is revenge something I want. Anders Behring Breivik spending eternity in jail or even recieving a death sentence wouldn't undo any of the things he did. Personally, I hope he recieves a fair trial and as for his punishment, what I would like the most (even if it's highly unlikely) is for him to become rehabilitated so that he better understands the tragic consequences of what he's done.
