I think the only one gaybashing is Perry and he's all but dead, but Santorum isn't bashing, he just holds backward and deeply religious. I don't think he hates gay people.

I'm really confused on how Ron Paul isn't racist, after all he's against the Civil Rights act iirc. I don't see how his reasons could be anything other than he's a ****ing bigot. It's just like when you hear morons who fly the Confederate flag talk about how it's not racist!!! it's about state's rights!!!

I don't think so....

I hear a lot of Anti-Semetic comments about Paul rallies, and he represents an ancient conservatism that had deep rooted anti-Semetic views though I don't know if he represents them. His son said that Civil Rights act isn't necessary today, but they're coming at it from a government intervention standpoint.

That doesn't make it smart - this is why ideology is ridiculous - but I don't know if its fair to say they're biggots. Also, I have no idea who stormfront is.

Thanks for explaining that. I had no idea what I was supposed to be looking at in that picture.

Stormfont is the biggest white power discussion board on the internet.

Don't you just love political slander, all you end up doing is trying to convince the public who's the lesser of two evils.

I only meant Perry for the gaybashing part.

You could, but as I've said, he's wrong, but he's not dishonorable. He's entitled to his opinion for better or worse, and I don't agree with his opinion but we have a separation of powers in this country for a reason. The president isn't the moral compass for the country, he isn't a law-maker, he's the leader of the military and he enforces the law.

As I've said, to secure my vote, you need to be able to counter Mittens and I need to think you're not a complete D-bag.

The president also is the face of our country. I'm sorry but I don't want an outspoken homophobe representing me to the world. It was bad enough when he was representing my state to the rest of the country.

Someone should post that picture of Ron Paul chopping ice in the nude. It's what helped me realize that I'm part of the 99%.

RON PAUL FOR PRESIDENT!!!11!!

I don't know how you can hold that opinion when the first link I gave you details just how corrupt Santorum is. Forget his beliefs for a moment and look at the evidence presented to you on the state of his person as a politician.

Quote:

Sen. Santorum’s ethics issues stem from the manner in which he funded his children’s education and his misuse of legislative position in exchange for contributions to his political action committee and his re-election campaign
Quote:

In February of 2006, CREW had filed an ethics complaint with the Senate Ethics Committee against Senator Santorum, “alleging that Senator Rick Santorum (R-PA) violated the Senate Gift Rule by accepting a mortgage from The Philadelphia Trust Company, a bank that serves affluent clients.”
Quote:

The following month, CREW filed a complaint with the IRS against a group of Pennsylvania pastors for violating IRS rules demanding separation of church and state.
Quote:

And later that same year, CREW filed yet another complaint with the Federal Election Commission (FEC), this time against Santorum’s former staffers for setting up a lobbying office in the same building as Santorum’s offices.
I'm essentially just quoting most of that article, since it's evident you didn't bother looking at it before replying.
