Why would she need to know about the Constitution due to her comment? The separation of Church and state isn't in the Constitution. Its in a letter from Thomas Jefferson to the Connecticut Baptists.

Vanilla, our first Amendment does something like what you're referring to, but it doesn't ban people from being religious. So this jackass is allowed to say rape is god's will, just as Hitler would be able to say (in America) that killing off the Jews is the final solution. Or that Muslims, as Bill Maher said, may not all be terrorists, but all terrorists are Muslims.

We don't prevent religious conversations from happening, we just don't allow church nor state to effect the other.

As for this race, I feel like its so close it could go either way but Missori may not be the bell weather this year. I'll be looking at Florida for my results.

Last time out I had to work so couldn't stay up to watch the full race, as results came in, and it being such a historic occasion I always regret making that decision.

Not as historic this time, but still very important and as I now have the time I'll be pulling an all-nighter on this one. Rooting for Obama, because decisions made in the US affect us all, whether we like it or not, and I don't want Romney making those decisions.
