I'm curious how old the video is, it could be past the statutes of limitations and thus make Lil Reese immune to criminal prosecution. He could still be sued in civil court, but I'm sure that will hardly phase him. Why this video was leaked two weeks before the election is beyond me, a few news outlets may cover it, but I doubt this will turn into the huge news event that the Chris Brown/ Rhianna beating was.
