I personally would feel like my life was completely worthless if I don't get at least one child out of it. I have to keep part of what I am on this planet. And plus my girlfriend and I will have some really attractive kids. Got those genes, bruh.

I'm not going past two though unless something crazy happens with triplets or what have you, which would be interesting I guess but certainly not optimal!!

My cousin is like that. She used to be all about being childfree and single for the rest of her life, and then 10 years passed and now she's married with 2 kids. Quite a change, I say.

lol, I would love to have 2 kids, but hoping that they are twins so that I only have to be pregnant once. Pretty sure they will also be quite attractive, but then there's that idea that pretty parents have ugly kids and vice versa...

I say to my friends that I am not wanting to rush into children. I may benefit from having a baby (less pain) but obviously I wouldn't bring a child into the world just because it could help me. Who knows what's ahead lol.

The sad mentality around where I'm from is that kids=more money.

So they get popped out left and right and end up getting more benefits/money.

Also these people doing it are awful parents and you end up with Bebe's kids everywhere!

ladyislingering... I know your feeing. But I do wonder if, when the possibility is long gone and you are ageing, if you'll be sorry not to have someone following in your footsteps, someone who will keep the story going. Romantic notion perhaps.
But also someone who'll, hopefully, care for you in your dotage.
That's how I feel anyway - now I'm never going to have kids.

Went to therapy. Bitched about my friend and the lack of thought the idiot masses put into having children. Made an appointment at Planned Parenthood to get back on birth control because fuuuuuuuuck that noise.

My 22 year old twins have made my life so much better. It's sad when people think this way

WWWP 04-01-2014 11:37 AM

I don't feel sad about it.

I'm actually glad that a lot of people don't want kids. Some are unfit to parent, some can't afford it, overpopulation, etc. it's a great world we have where we can make the choice to make a baby(ies) or not.

What about India? Huge population. They have over 1 billion people. I can't even imagine what the millions of children living in slums with or without their family are suffering through (and female children get sold).
