ideally i agree with you, realistically i don't.

i have a daughter who i love and nurture but i can never replace the maternal nurture she gets from her mother.

The sensibility is simply not the same.

Im not trying to put women in their place saying they have to be loving house wifes that is their choice.
im just trying to point out that a man can't quite be as nurturing as women in most cases.

It's a generalisation and ofc there are exceptions, but i see way more single mothers raising a kid than i see single fathers raising one.

It's not "Mama was a rolling stone" it's "papa was a rolling stone"

(either way no need to get butthurt it's just my opinion)

I'm not sure how you define 'maternal nurturing' but it seems like a pretty vague projection and not something based on any actual science or fact. Same goes for a "Woman's touch". This is also all coming from someone who doesn't know his father so yeah, kinda take it personally because it damn sure would've been nice having someone else around once in a while.

Just because a single mother is raising a kid doesn't mean she is more nurturing or even a good parent.

Not at all. I'm completely happy so it's not a "grass is greener" situation. I'm only talking about people living in similar circumstances to mine though, I'm obviously aware that being a woman in certain parts of the world is anything but an advantage.

I think women (and men) have it easier in some ways and more difficult in others

I hate when I go to try and buy underwear and they haven't got pants big enough to contain little Tris.
