It shouldn't be. If it doesn't breath or have any control over its limbs etc, it's not a living being, hence it isn't murder.

That is also debatable and you know it. If you really want to have a productive discussion on abortion you have to come to terms with the fact that you are potentially murdering a living creature. Also consider how many would be mothers have grieved over the loss of what you don't consider to be human.

Grieving over it is another thing altogether which is another reason why the government shouldn't be involved. It's a tough as nails decision to come to, one I can't even imagine making if I were a mother, so they have to emotionally and physically get themselves to the point where they can be comfortable with it. I'm not belittling it in any way, but to call it murder is a stretch.

To you calling it murder is a stretch. But you really need to open your mind up more and see how others can see it as murder.

I'm 100% pro abortion kill all the fetuses but even I wouldn't deny that it might be murder. I'm just very aligned with the Church of Euthanasia.

Sorry, I'm not trying to come off as someone dismissing it as murder altogether, I should have said that I understand why some would call it such, but to me it is definitely a stretch. Hopefully that clears that up.
