ok.. so if you didn't think i acknowledged it then let met go ahead and officially acknowledge it. i acknowledge that the supreme court is influenced by popular opinion.

now that we're clear on that... is that the way it's supposed to work? what role is the supreme court actually supposed to play?

and yea... just as an aside... since i didn't challenge any of your assertions that the supreme court is influenced by popular opinion... and i responded with "that's interesting..." i dunno... most people wouldn't take that as a challenge to what they just said
