I don't really believe you, but regardless, when we talk about sexual orientation we pretty much are just talking about what genders, if any, you're attracted to. Since "transgender" is not a gender (and nor is "transgender male" or "transgender female"), the label for your sexual orientation doesn't generally take gender identity into account.
