I've even been taught things that I could prove wrong WITH THE ACTUAL TEXTBOOK, proving also that my teacher was a moron.

No doubt. Public school teachers often don't know **** about their content. It's not even considered important by many. A common cute little expression they use is "I teach students not science." Well bitch you better KNOW some damn science.

To be fair, you live in California. Nobody outside of That Place is going to teach about acupuncture.

Well, I wasn't quieted, but he sure didn't listen to me. Even as I and another student were holding up the textbook, pointing to exactly the sentence that proved him objectively wrong. And this was indeed an objective fact, and not just an opinion.

That was in Arizona as well as California (yep. I had three different instances).
