Not nothing. Just not enough that any Federal Prosecutor would take on the case. The biggest issue is intent. They found zero intent that she meant to turn over any classified materials. Everyone keeps talking about the Navy dude who took photos of his classified submarine and then showed them to friends and family and got jailed for it. They were able to prove intent beyond a shadow of doubt in that case. They just can't do the same with Clinton.

It's good to hear that the FBI isn't concerned with precedent anymore, it always just gets in the way. They should tell the Supreme Court about that tactic.
