That's always the conclusion I come to, but with H.W. Bush pushing his vote towards Hillary, it is worth looking more into what makes her so "voteable".

Cruz has been in office for 5 years and only got there because of the outlier Tea Party "movement". Dude is a joke that will soon be forgotten.
