the proof is in being able to see farther than the geometry/dimensions of the earth should allow. i'm not sorry if this isn't exciting enough for you, but the fact of the matter remains that nowhere on earth should anyone - EVER - be able to see stuff in excess of 5-10km distance (depending on the observer's height/altitude), when we have pictures of lots of stuff in excess of 20km, 40km, 60km, all the way up to 120km.

would one of you geniuses like to explain that to me? you poked and prodded and called me names in an effort to get me to spill the beans. it's your turn.

your turn. or, as you've accused me, do you just spout your bullsh*t without being able to put your money where your mouth is? come on. explain why you can see chicago from michigan. explain why you can see boats reappear after "going over the horizon" by pulling out a telescope. if i'm such a moron it should be really easy.

you guys have spent this entire thread accusing me of the same crap you're all guilty of, but none of you has gone to any lengths beyond posting a link or a crap 2-minute video with bunk info in it. and i'm the boring one? b*tch please.
I am against the naming coming from our resident senior citizen. (No need to mention his name.) But you have to understand that is how they rolled back then. Science was a violent game, and so too was the discussion of science. Why if it wasn't for science they would had been fighting WWI & WWII with sticks and stones. And if you think about it, during the cold war America "pawn3d" the Soviet Union with science, and they did it with a little thing called by Apollo program, and that was brought to you by NASA, an agency filled with German scientists (aka Wissenschaftler) all thanks to "Operation Paperclip."

So I am for a good healthy discussion. In which you at least try to understand that it is all relative, that the Earth is a bulging, nearly-spherical object in space for the occupants of this plant (which you may or may not be) and flat to the observer going near the speed of light. Now unless you entertain opposing ideas like those and at least give them a thought, and comment whether or not you agree or at least try to comprehend such things, all you are doing is accusing the forum of what you are doing.

Every photograph taken by a satellite while it orbits the earth is phony.
The 99.999% of astronomers, physicists, and scientists, are in on the conspiracy.
Anyone with half a brain who has researched the known data and agrees the earth is round are living a delusion.

I'll stand by my statement above. PAN is a conspiracy theory nut job who's just added the flat earth "theory" to his list of conspiracy theories. Which has to come first to graduate to being a flat earther.

He's kinda crazy cause he's missing out so much being a flat Earther, you know. Cause he could lead such a more exciting life being a Hollow Earther. Think about it, a highly civilized race of people living below the Earth's surface in tunnel cities sound much more intriguing and adventurous than a boring and plain flat Earth.

Digging a really deep hole might be pretty dangerous though.

Not without gravity.
