You do realize "hearsay" and an audit trail verifiable by 3rd party sources are not the same thing right? Especially since Comey was the one who leaked this information in the first place, yet nobody except people on his payroll can verify it. Trump can't produce tapes and Comey can't produce an audit trail that proves he really wrote these memos when he said he did. Thus we're at a dead end.

First off, no-one is on Comey's payroll. :rofl: They are all on the Government's payroll. And they would be 2nd sources. Comey = source #1. His chief of staff, second in command, NSA director, etc. = #2. Lastly, if any of them are called before the special counsel and sworn in I highly doubt they'll purger themselves to the Goverment on behalf of a private citizen.
