Okay, I updated the OP with some of the most recent appointments that doesn't need Senate Confirmations like Jared Kushner. Later on, I will go through each role and indicate whether the position needs confirmation or not. Also they are doing that process today and moving forward with different seats. I think Rex was yesterday but we don't have the results of it yet.
